‘Morning Wars’ stars send cheeky message to A-list actor
Morning Wars stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon have sent a message to Hollywood star George Clooney.
They want him on their show.
The call-out came as the pair discussed the second season of their hit show, which revolves around a fictional morning show, with entertainment presenter Brooke Boney.
Brooke, while a fan of the show, said they were in need of an entertainment presenter.
Witherspoon then shot George Clooney’s name into the rink as a potential co-star.
“I think we should do something to get George Clooney on this show, like what are we waiting for?” she said.
Reese and Jennifer Aniston appeared on Aussie talk show The Project on September 12th whilst promoting The Morning Show season 2. Reese appeared on Good Morning America on September 15th to promote The Morning Show. She chatted about Legally Blonde‘s 20th anniversary, where season 2 of The Morning Show picks up, TikTok, her kids going back to school, and the success and sale of Hello Sunshine.
Reese and Jennifer Aniston kicked off their talk show promotional tour for The Morning Show on The One Show in the UK on September 8th. They talked about re-working season 2 following the COVID pandemic, Reese being a morning person, and working together on Friends.
