Reese attended the Sing 2 premiere in Los Angeles last night! She joined her co-stars Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johannson, and Nick Kroll on the red carpet for the night, and chatted to the press about the director and music producer, the importance of a fun movie given difficult times, singing Ariana Grande in the movie, her festive plans, and The Morning Show season 3. Reese bought her family to the event and posed with them on the red carpet too. She looked pretty in pink in a Carolina Herrera dress with red Christian Louboutin heels – we love this look! With her recent nine-figure money moves and a full slate of upcoming projects, the Morning Show star is like the Lebron James of Hollywood — and she’ll be the first to tell you.
They share a mutual pal in Oprah Winfrey, but “we don’t have a great meet-cute story,” jokes Gayle King about her initial introduction to Reese Witherspoon. Over the years, they have gotten to know each other through corporate gatherings, private dinners, and, of course, regular interviews. (In 2019, King was even the subject as Witherspoon and her Morning Show co-star Jennifer Aniston were the ones asking the questions for a CBS Mornings segment.) When it was revealed this past summer that Witherspoon had sold her female-focused production company, Hello Sunshine, for around $900 million, King was among the first to salute her. “That was a big friggin’ deal,” said King during this talk for InStyle. “When I read it in the paper, I stood up and gave you a round of applause.”

Reese appeared on The View on September 15th whilst promoting The Morning Show. Reese looked smart in a purple dress by Gabriela Hearst with jewellery from Raven Fine Jewelers. It was another good interview – she chatted about the sale of Hello Sunshine and her mission to “re-center the world around women’s stories”, the infamous script she read 10 years ago that inspired her to start her own production company, the new season of The Morning Show and how it incorporates the real-world and the “new normal” coming from the pandemic, what made morning shows a good topic for a drama series, why Legally Blonde resonates with so many people, the fun she and Mindy Kaling are having working on Legally Blonde 3, her first appearance on The View, and her advice to new mothers. It was a really good interview, in which Reese talked about her character Bradley’s demands for more, cancel culture, her co-star Julianna Margulies, the sale of Hello Sunshine, her ambition to “make more women more money”, and what she’s most proud of in her career. Reese looked stunning in a smart outfit by Rich Fresh, with Louboutin shoes – I wasn’t sure about this look at first but the more I see it the more I love it, it’s so different for Reese!

‘Morning Wars’ stars send cheeky message to A-list actor
Morning Wars stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon have sent a message to Hollywood star George Clooney.
They want him on their show.
The call-out came as the pair discussed the second season of their hit show, which revolves around a fictional morning show, with entertainment presenter Brooke Boney.
Brooke, while a fan of the show, said they were in need of an entertainment presenter.
Witherspoon then shot George Clooney’s name into the rink as a potential co-star.
“I think we should do something to get George Clooney on this show, like what are we waiting for?” she said.
