Reese and Matthew McConaughey appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show yesterday, to promote Sing 2. They chatted about when they first met (Oscars 2006!), their kids and parenting, their first celebrity crushes (Reese’s was Jim Morrison/Val Kilmer in The Doors movie, Matthew’s was Reese!), the first thing they did after winning their Oscars, and the movie itself.
Find some clips from the interview below, and screencaptures from these clips in our Gallery:
We continue to fill up the TV Appearances section of the Gallery, and in recent days have completed the Talk Shows from 2011-2013. Reese made many appearances in 2011 & 2012 to promote Water For Elephants and This Means War, but only a couple in 2013 when Mud was released. I loved seeing her with Amy Adams on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2013! We had photos from a lot of the talk shows from these years but a few more have been added where we’ve been able to find them. Enjoy!
In our task to complete the Gallery we move on from the infamous love triangle period, and onto the critically acclaimed ‘Reese-renaissance’ period! Today the Mud section has been completed, with a few additional stills, trailer screencaps and posters. This was an enjoyable, slow-burning film with great performances, writing, directing, cinematography etc. Although Reese’s role was small, the film is definitely worth a watch – I love that Reese changed direction with her career and took this role, working with the fantastic Jeff Nichols and such a varied cast. I hope she does more like this in the future….
As part of our efforts to complete our photo collection, the Gallery was updated over the weekend with an additional 170+ HQ photos from the Mud Photocall at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. Reese looked gorgeous and glowing in a simple black dress that showed off her growing baby (Tennessee) bump – I love her pink shoes and pretty hair & make-up too. Enjoy the new additions, and stay tuned for more….
Reese and Matthew McConaughey attended AOL HQ in New York today to promote Sing for the BUILD series. Watch some clips below, and we’ll have photos for you asap …

Working our way through updating the Public Appearances section of the Gallery, and 2013 is now complete. Reese had a quiet 2013, attending a couple of premieres for Mud and Devil’s Knot, making appearances at the Oscars and Elle’s Women In Hollywood event, and a few other smaller events. She looked particularly fabulous at the Oscars – I love her hair and dress! Some pictures in the Gallery have been replaced with HQ versions, and there are also lots of new HQ photos…
The Gallery has been updated with photos from Reese’s 2012 movie Mud, including posters, additional HQ stills, and HD screencaptures from the film itself. Reese played the role of Juniper in this ‘coming of age’ drama set in the South, and the film is definitely worth a watch.
“Mud” is an adventure about two boys, Ellis and his friend Neckbone, who find a man named Mud hiding out on an island in the Mississippi. Mud describes fantastic scenarios—he killed a man in Texas and vengeful bounty hunters are coming to get him. He says he is planning to meet and escape with the love of his life, Juniper, who is waiting for him in town. Skeptical but intrigued, Ellis and Neckbone agree to help him. It isn’t long until Mud’s visions come true and their small town is besieged by a beautiful girl with a line of bounty hunters in tow.
