Unfortunately the Simpatico Conference Reese was scheduled to attend next month in Australia and New Zealand has been cancelled. It is unclear why, with the events organiser Jacqueline Nagle telling the press that she is unable to comment due to confidentiality agreements and Sydney promoter Max Markson also unable to explain due to being “bound by contractual obligations”. The official statement reads as follows, from the official website:
The Simpatico Connection Conference, scheduled for July 2016, has been cancelled. We wish to bring attendees the best experience possible, and unfortunately due to issues within our organization we are unable to move forward with our event at this time. The Simpatico Connection organizers wish to convey our sincerest apologies to the proposed keynote speaker Reese Witherspoon, along with speakers Naomi Simson, Elize Hattin, Lisa Lockland-Bell, Vicki Webster, and Alice Haemmerle and those who wished to attend the conference. All ticket monies will be refunded. In the spirit of the event, The Simpatico Connection will make a donation to our charity partner SAVE THE CHILDREN.
