Back in October, Reese attended Elle’s Women In Hollywood Celebration event in Beverley Hills. She was of one of the honourees of the night, and her friend Chelsea Handler presented her with her award. Reese dazzled in a strapless red cocktail dress by Calvin Klein with nude heels by Manolo Blahnik, and was accompanied by her husband who sat with her in the audience.
Over 180 HQ photos from the event have been added to our Gallery!
Reese Witherspoon: “I have an older brother so I saw a lot of things I wasn’t supposed to, but The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, and The Sure Thing were really big movies for me. I watched them over and over again.” (Elle.com)

Reese Witherspoon Laughs At Her Drunken Arrest Ordeal
Reese Witherspoon can now laugh at her infamous run-in with the law.
If you don’t remember, the Oscar winner was arrested in April in Atlanta for disorderly conduct after her husband was pulled over under the suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Witherspoon was arrested after disobeying repeated instruction from a police officer to remain in their car.
“Personally, as a true friend, my favorite project of hers was an overlooked short film that she made earlier this year,” Chelsea Handler said Monday night while presenting Witherspoon with an Elle Women in Hollywood Award at the Four Season Hotel in Beverly Hills. “She plays a very inebriated housewife defending her inebriated husband.”
Just a few feet from the stage, Witherspoon doubled over in laughter in her seat. Her husband, talent agent Jim Toth, also laughed along at the joke. He was arrested that night for DUI.
“And if you haven’t seen it, you can go on YouTube,” Handler said.
Handler also cracked on Witherspoon’s most famous comedy work, Legally Blonde.
“I’ve seen her naked and I can tell you, she was miscast,” Handler said, causing practically everyone in the packed ballroom to howl. “A more appropriate title would have been Legally Bald.”
Witherspoon shot back, “I don’t know if I should thank you for that. Jesus!”
Witherspoon insisted earlier in the evening that she wasn’t worried about what the E! talk show would say about her. “Any party,” she said, “gets that much better when Chelsea Handler shows up.”
Also honored by Elle were Shailene Woodley, Melissa McCarthy, Naomie Harris, Marion Cotillard, Eva Marie Saint and director Nancy Meyers.
