Last Thursday night, Reese attended the AFI Life Achievement Award Gala, which paid tribute to Diane Keaton. Diane cast and directed Reese in her 2nd movie, the 1991 TV movie Wildflower, and during the ceremony and on the red carpet Reese paid tribute to her and explained how Diane has continued to support her throughout her career. The Life Achievement Award is the highest honour for a career in film. Reese looked chic and smart, wearing a dress by Miu Miu, with Irene Neuwirth jewellry and Jimmy Choo shoes. During the ceremony Reese was snapped with her Rendition co-star Meryl Streep, and she walked the red carpet with her Home Again co-star John Rudnitsky.
The first HQ photos were added to our Gallery a few days ago, and come thanks to our good friend Lindsey. Further down this post is an article about the night and a few videos. We’ll have lots more HQ photos for you soon so stay tuned for them.

A few days ago Reese attended the unveiling of Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell’s stars on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, which she was very excited about! During her speech, which you can watch below, Reese said that Goldie is her idol, and talked about how Goldie helped pave the way for women creating their own films in Hollywood and inspired Reese to become a producer. Reese was joined at the event by Goldie & Kurt’s daughter – and Reese’s friend – Kate Hudson, and director Quentin Tarantino. Reese looked chic in a purple dress by Roland Mouret, with Louboutin shoes and Jennifer Meyer jewellery. We have photos in our Gallery for you, and videos from the event further down this post:
As posted about on the day, Reese was a speaker at the Milken Institute Global Conference earlier this week in a panel about how Hollywood and modern media is developing. You can watch a video of the panel in our original post and HQ photos have now been added to our Gallery:
Reese is currently taking part in a live panel at the Milken Institute’s Global Conference. She’ll be talking about starting and developing her businesses in the panel entitled ‘That’s Entertainment: Looking for the Next Stage’. She talks about how she had the choice of whether to take Big Little Lies to Netflix or HBO, how she identified a market for more female-driven work, and how seeing how her kids interact with media has influenced her business choices, e.g. using YouTube and social media. Watch the live stream below, and we’ll have more coverage for you after the event too…

How will new competition in new markets, both domestic and abroad, realign the landscape and affect the prominence of Hollywood?
Will overseas markets influence the nature of the content produced domestically? Could it lead to greater diversity of stories and narratives?
How stable are the new revenue streams generated by new technologies? How do companies and individuals invest in new products and creative people in this environment?
