Many of you will probably have read about Reese’s recent trouble with the law. Glamour Reese Witherspoon maintains a strict policy on focussing only on Reese’s professional career, but as Reese has released a statement on the issue we felt it was appropriate to post her words. Unless Reese speaks further on the issue then this will be the only post we make about this. We hope you will respect Reese’s right to privacy at this time.

But I do want to say, I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job.
