Reese Witherspoon may have gotten bruised and bloodied while filming her new action comedy This Means War, but it was so worth it!
She did some major lip-locking with her ridiculously hunky costars Chris Pine and Tom Hardy.
With that in mind, we hit the Hollywood premiere of the flick to find out which of the guys was the better kisser…
“Oh my gosh, that’s hard to say,” Witherspoon told us. “I mean everybody’s got their own thing going on. Tom is super sexy and handsome and Chris is super sexy and handsome. All the women on the set were just like 50-50 either way, so I couldn’t really pick.”
This Means War director McG dished that between the three stars, Witherspoon was the one who suffered the most pain.
“There were plenty of real injuries, particularly Reese, who cut her hand wide open on a piece of glass reaching over a car that had been smashed up,” McG said. “She didn’t chicken out at all. She goes for it. She has no fear. She’s given birth twice, she can do anything.”
Witherspoon played down the incident. She said with a grin, “It took like four Band-Aids.”
Reese Witherspoon, whose latest film “This Means War” opens in theaters next week, will join editor Kevin Tent, A.C.E. to present “The Descendants” director – and her “Election” collaborator – Alexander Payne with the ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year honor at the 62nd Annual ACE Eddie Awards. The black-tie event will take place in the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Witherspoon and Tent will be joined by industry luminaries such as Clint Eastwood, who will be presenting to Career Achievement honoree Joel Cox, A.C.E. and Dick Wolf who will present to Career Achievement Honoree Doug Ibold, A.C.E.

Reese Witherspoon hits the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie, “This Means War,” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre where she chats with Access about taking on her sexiest role so far and first action movie. Also, she tells Access about a recent photo she Tweeted of her and Chelsea Handler.
I’ve made and uploaded screencaps from the most recent promotional interviews we’ve had, most of which are various segments from entertainment news sites ET, Extra, etc. Browse back through our Video News & Updates Archive to see the videos themselves.
I’ll be adding screencaps from the This Means War clips, plus adding more photos from both the LA and London premieres of the movie this weekend, all being well!
ET set up on the red carpet last night for the premiere of the action-comedy This Means War starring Tom Hardy, Chris Bane, Chelsea Handler, as well as Reese Witherspoon, whom her co-stars gushed about.
When television host Chelsea Handler was asked about what it was like working with Witherspoon, she explained that it was loads of fun.
“We had the best time together,” Handler said. “She’s professional but I’m not, so it was fun for her to be like, ‘What the hell am I supposed to do with this basket case?'”
Chris Pine, who plays one of the men who is dating Witherspoon’s character in War, revealed his warm thoughts on the 35-year-old actress.
“She’s beautiful and she’s smart. She’s witty,” Pine fawned. “I fell in love with her the first time I sat down across from her.”
Upon her interview with ET, we saw exactly why Witherspoon’s co-stars were so fond of her. Despite a very successful acting career, the Louisiana native remains very down-to-earth and warm-hearted.
This Means War, featuring the lovely Reese Witherspoon, comes to theaters on Valentines Day (Tues., Feb. 14).
