Wow, slashfilm.com have posted a real treat for us Reese fans! They’ve found the original ending to Reese’s 1999 movie Election, a real classic Reese movie and a fan favourite!
The YouTube video description gives us more details:
In this never-before-seen ending, Mr. McAllister does not move to NYC, but instead becomes a car salesman and Tracy visits him before leaving for college.
This scene is from the ‘working print’ of the film – it was found on an unlabeled VHS tape at a local flea market. It was NOT included on the DVD!
Watch the video below, and head on over to slashfilm.com for their commentary on the ending.

I have always enjoyed your acting and now I find it very disturbing that your movie, Water for Elephants, was produced using elephants that come from a company that flat out ABUSES its elephants. You can watch video of the trainers abusing the elephants!
I would suggest that given all the media out there about how animals are abused that you research these projects more carefully in the future. As such, I will not see this movie and have recommmended to everyone I know to pass on it as well. This abusive behavior should no longer be condoned for the profits it brings and the harm it does.
